SPECIFICATION
The structure
The building will have R.C.C. framed structure of column and beams. The external walls will be 23 cm thick Laterite Stone work and internal walls will be llcms thick single brick masonry wall.
Plaster
External plaster will be double coat and sand faced plaster. The internal plaster will be single coat cement plaster with wall-ready putty finish.
Flooring
Toilet will have flooring of ceramic and dado of designer highlighter series ceramic tiles of 12″x 18″ for full height. Living / Dinning, Kitchen and Bedroom will have the flooring of vitrified tiles of 24″ x 24″ size with 4″ high skirting of the same.
Doors
The main door will be of of flush door finished with laminate / veneer With branded hardware fittings.Toilet door shutter and frame will be of F.R.P. And all other habitable rooms will have flush door with wooden frame of 4″ x 2.5″ with aluminum fittings or equivalent.
Windows
All windows will be powder-coated aluminum sliding type.
Kitchen
It will be provided with a kitchen platform of khadappa & Granite stone with ceramic tiles upto 2 ht, for dado and S. S. Sink (single bowl).
Internal Décor
The walls and ceiling will be painted with good quality interior paint and the doors with enamel paint.
External Décor
The external face of building will be provided with two coats of good quality exterior paints.
Toilets
There will be provision of European Type W. C., shower with mixer cock & one wash-basin.
Plumbing & Sanitary
The internal plumbing will be of cpvc-pipes concealed type with hot and cold water system in the bathroom with “A” class fittin
Electrification
Concealed copper wiring with electric switches of top class brand with plug points for all major appliances .
Water Tank
A common overhead tank of plastic type or equivalent tank will be fitted on the terrace with an underground sump along with a pump for the buildin
